Congratulates People About To Have A Baby

Sandpaper - Contessa

Few days ago I heard a shocking news for me. I was looking absently
TG La7, the only news in Italy, along with the TG3, worthy of the name, and in the culture section was broadcast a service on that Paolo Pietrangeli. Like me, you ask who is he, or maybe you already know: it is the author of "Countess", one of the most beautiful songs of protest and never-heard-emotionally speaking, written by a songwriter. To understand, the Italian anthem of '68.
I always thought this song was the Modena City Ramblers, I have always heard them sing, I've only ever danced to their concerts. But I'd be stupid if a discovery like that upset me, I admit to having done In the past, when I discovered that Knockin 'on Heaven's Door Guns but was not the most exciting Dylan. But I was a teenager and it is not the point.
The discovery that troubled me was learning the craft of this current protest songwriter of the 60 years that he was taking sides politically-rather an act of courage: Paolo Pietrangeli has passed from the blood on the walls of the striking workers to the cameras the talent show more populist vacuum and all the schedules. In other words, the director of "Friends." And 'no need to stress what this program is for culture and ideals of today's teenagers.
Now, I have never criticized those who, at some point in his life, tired of chasing a dream and think with more pragmatism and materialism in his career, although I struggle to share its spirit. To compromise with reality and knowing how to live: certainly not my ideal of happiness, but in short, nothing despicable.
I find it rather absurd how a person can change perspective so radically, although not overnight. Looking at life from a point of view diametrically opposed to that screamed in his early years. A true act of courage, or made without weapons of his own ego.
As I write I'm on a shore of Lake Como, a bank in which I had never been and from which I had never seen the view. Viewed from here, the lake takes on all other boundaries, other colors, new perspectives, not better or worse, but obviously different from all others, while the body of water remains the same. I believe that Mr. Pietrangeli did my own reasoning, applying it to his life.
This news certainly does not change the fate of either my or your life, but I do think about the price that every man gives to his values \u200b\u200band his integrity, and ultimately I would be a huge discount with super deals and sales everywhere .
As for me, that will happen from now on, listen to "Countess" with a little less melancholy, sadness and a bit of extra.
